The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and what you can expect whilst completing an online transaction.

Cre8it Events is a merchant located in Australia.
As Event Managers, we understand that circumstances change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate, at no extra charge.
All amendments / cancellations and refunds must be received in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of all amendments / cancellations in writing by return email, indicating whether the amendment / cancellation has been accepted.
Please visit the relevant Conference or Event website to review the event cancellation and refund policy relating to your registration.
After completing your registration transaction online, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your registration, including your Tax Invoice, will be emailed to you (where you have provided a valid email address).
For online registrations, your registration confirmation will be delivered via email at time of registration. You should receive this within 10 minutes.

Event registration delivery will be at the dates as stated on the Event Websites and Online Registration Forms.
If for any reason we have not responded to your email query, please contact us directly on +61 7 3348 7380. We aim to respond to all enquires within 2 business days.
All transactions are displayed and processed in $AUD Australian Dollars, unless otherwise stated on the Event Website and Invoice.
Please note that all prices include GST, unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments by credit and debit card using – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Credit Card payments are processed through the SecurePay gateway & Westpac Bank Merchant facilities.
We also protect the security of your credit card number during the transaction by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates.
Please note that Cre8it Events reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.
